for making chocolate i found this good site that has a lot of information plus has some recipes as well. http://www.allchocolate.com/cooking/chocolate_101/#semisweet for where to cook it, i always felt that it tastes better when using the oven than the microwave
but microwaving it would be fine if we find its too much of a safety risk.
making calpico seems to be pretty easy. we just need to buy the calpico concentrate, milk, ice, and maybe some ice cream. the fun part is experimenting to create different drinks
i think we should make some sort of milkshake to fit the valentines theme. maybe add some chocolate? ^_^ here's a link for for some calpico drinks and concentrate to buy http://www.calpico.com/recipes/index.html and http://www.google.com/search?q=calpico+concentrate+buy&hl=en&sa=N&biw=1440&bih=688&tbs=shop:1,p_ord:p&ei=4a89TbXDD8GAlAe37P3pBQ&ved=0CAoQuw0oAQ one carton is about $6.00
here's a recipe for chocolate truffle cookies http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/chocolate-truffle-cookies/Detail.aspx
