The chocolate we'll be buying is from Micheals and it's easily melted in a microwave. unless someone has a fondue pot they'd like to let us borrow <3

What we wanna focus on is just the molds, wrapping boxes, and perhaps a traditional chocolate making demonstration (that's what the fondue pot would be for)

the ratt is better for this kind of smaller event I thought. it's easier for us to clean up and we might get more walk ins.

for making chocolate i found this good site that has a lot of information plus has some recipes as well. http://www.allchocolate.com/cooking/chocolate_101/#semisweet for where to cook it, i always felt that it tastes better when using the oven than the microwave but microwaving it would be fine if we find its too much of a safety risk.

the only thing I really want us to remember to buy:
pack of $1 plastic champane glasses from dollarstore for calpico
fruit for dipping chocolate. get strawberries or harder fruits like apple b/c these need to be frozen for them to stay dippable--so not sliced pinapple/kiwi (costco)
