Plastic Table cloth: It's not necessary but it will make the place look so much more elegant and detailed <3 it really will. let me know if we already have something like this.

Polaroid? if we/someone has a polaroid camera or a tiny printer we could offer "picture with a maid." customer can choose their waitress or any maid (or butler) comfortable with it and get a picture with them. maybe charge a dollar : D

also, does anyone know somewhere on campus we can get free lamination? I'd love to get our menus laminated. It's a delicious detail that the customers are sure to notice and even if they don't they'll subconsciously appreciate it.

how many cans of philsbury dough should we get? i assume one wont be enough for everyone. we are assuming there will be 200 attendees.

soda and water are being bought from either bjs or costco, in can or bottle form.

the bottles you have listed, sound cute for the maid cafe, but 2 oz of a drink is hardly anything.
