Chibi Con Planning!
Here is what we have so far:

Ballroom A:

Opening Ceremony 5:30-6:00p.m.

-We are looking for someone to make a video to play (about 10 minutes long) during opening ceremony. The video will be about the convention, including what panels we have, what we are doing, emergency exits, rules, and any other important information.

If anyone has any footage or pictures from last year, it would be awesome if you could send it to us.

Anyone wishing to make a video please contact us so we can give you exactly what we are looking for. Thanks.

By Monday please have it e-mailed to us in a illlustrator file, psd, or pdf file in 300 dpi

Restaurant & Mitsuwa Trip:

We are planning another trip to a Japanese restaurant and a trip to Mitsuwa at some point in the semester. Those who are interested keep in mind which days you are free and we’ll go over the details later in the semester.

ANIME NEXT

Would anyone like to help Quel with registration so they can learn the process for future reference? April 1st is the next deadline for group registration.

Reminder:

Ramen Night: Friday, February 3rd at the Student Center Formal Dining Room. (4:30PM-9:00PM)

We will be serving Ramen and playing games! If you would like to bring a board game let us know and feel free to bring it!


Calligraphy Workshop: Tuesday, February 7th (Meeting Activity)

We will have limited supplies for this meeting activity. If you are extremely interested in this activity, let us know so you have a 'reservation.' If we receive more interests than expected, we hope you guys don't mind sharing with one another so more people can be a part of this activity.

If you have your own supplies (brushes and ink stone), you are more than welcomed to jump in.
