Originally we planned for a scavenger hunt during the spring'10 but we had postponed it until the fall!

It's coming up next month, so let's start a discussion or get information on what we have so far!

Right now we're planning for the Scavenger hunt to be a photo related one; the teams will start out with a picture and they'll have to figure out where it was taken on campus. They won't be terribly hard, but we'll make sure any freshmen are paired up with people who know their way around campus, that way nobody gets really lost. I figured it would be a good icebreaker event.

That is good. Is there anything else? such as rules, what they need to do, time issue, are there going to be people staffing/helping for it too? :)

I figured Quel and I would supervise it. There's really no rules except to get all the pictures, bring them back, and they can call us for hints if they're really that lost.

Lets see... we have enough set up for 3 teams. Each team has 7 photos to collect. We're aiming for the general group size to be about 7 people. and.... we're giving away candy? too bad we're going to mitsuwa the next day, we could have bought the candy in time... oh well... theres always Hmart. does anyone have suggestions for what kind of candy?

what if we used 2 of those Ugly Dolls as prizes? My roommate (from home) is moving out and she's also giving me a bunch of plushies (including a Yoshi one) I don't mind donating

oh thats sweet! i wonder if any of the eboard knows where they are? btw, will we have a bill for this event? we dont need too much, but we do need a bit of money for candy, duct tape, and... ?

printing will be done from the college hall lab.

suz, i have the pix with me, if youd like to see which ones ill be printing, remind me...

btw it is suggested you bring a map of campus. and comfy walking shoes.

oh and you must take the folder & clue with you, take everything down when you find it.

am i forgetting anything?

We don't have a bill because you and I didn't think we needed anything. Kathy said they already handed in their most recent bill.

>_< so where is the money for the candy coming out of? and on that note, affixing the folders to walls and doors will require something... we cant use tacks, and scoth tape may not work outside. (hence me asking for duct tape a week ago.)

we do have candy left over from last year, as for the duckt tape just buy it an we'll reimburse you since duct tape will be on the list for the fall festival.

I'll be helping you set up, but you need to ask the club if somebody whose not playing could help as well. CC think she might be able to.

Ok, thank you. So far its me, suz, and you. During the next club meeting, id like to make the folders. They will house the photos and provide info, "DO NOT TAKE DOWN" Etc... ill bring a sharpie. We need 21 folders. (The manila ones fro the office. )

we didnt have a bill because we did ask you if you needed anything and you didnt tell us anything. so i think because of the lack of planning ahead of time for it, this could have been avoided.

..... ummm i dont recall being asked. i figured you guys had the candy factored in. like jess said, its ok. the only thing i didnt think about what duct tape, which came to us as we visited the sites. and there should be more than enough folders in the filing cabinit.

um speaking of bills... who should i talk to about the bills for the fall festival?
