INFO & Reminders about Bake Sale - WORTH READING!!

I've decided to set threads for each bake sale and everyone can post if they can help out and tell us what you are going to help out with.

This includes:
bringing bakes good
supplying (such as cookie sheets, baking ingredients, etc)
helping out at the bake sale by selling
and whatever else you want to tell us

It is NOT encouraged to post if you can't help us for whatever reason.
I made this thread to help us be a little more organized before we have our website up and running.
So posting any "can't" because you have class/are busy will be ignored for the most part. lol iono what we can say to that... good luck? o-o

BUT if you did say you will help out but you cannot help out anymore PLEASE LET US KNOW!!

I will the official bake sales threads stickied until the bake is over
You are allowed to make threads if you need to.
For example if you wanted to have a bake night, go shopping with someone, or anything else.
Please do not post OFF-topic threads!
I have no problem deleting them ;)

Quel:

a note to all who are to watch the table:

Make sure the President or Program Coordinator know that your at the table.
If you are running late, text and/or call asap.
Make sure you get a response back from us.

last time around, all 3 of the starters texted me the morning of and told me theyd be late. (while it was good you told me, it was disappointing to see all three text the same message)

a note to all our bakers:

Make sure we know what your doing. We're trying to cut back on extra, so please let us know.
There is no need for 100 cupcakes.
We've been doing good, but there were definitely people who didnt tell us and the end result was too many cupcakes.

note to everyone:

we need everyones help.
so if you are bake retarded or too busy, sponsor us or come to our bake night and we'll teach you!
Or just donate anything we need for the sale.
